Terminal Tower

CSI secured approximately $11 million of NMTC allocation and placed approximately $11 million of federal HTC and $4.3 million of federal NMTC with a Fortune 500 corporate investor. Completed June 30, 1930, the Terminal Tower is the centerpiece of Tower City Center and historical landmark for Cleveland, Ohio’s central business district.

Higbee Building

For the project, CSI obtained approximately $16.2 million of NMTC allocation and placed approximately $9.5 million of federal HTC and $6.4 million of federal NMTC with a Fortune 500 corporate investor. The 14-story Higbee Building is located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio and is part of the Tower City Center.

Golden Belt Lofts

CSI obtained approximately $10 million of NMTC allocation for Golden Belt Lofts and placed approximately $4 million of federal HTC and $4 million of federal NMTC. CSI also placed approximately $3.7 million of North Carolina mill tax credits with a Fortune 500 corporate investor.

Cotton Factory

CSI secured approximately $3 million of NMTC allocation for the development of The Old Cotton Factory and placed approximately $2.3 million of federal HTC and $1.2 million of federal NMTC. CSI also placed approximately $4 million of South Carolina historic and mill tax credits with a Fortune 500 corporate investor.

Brandeis Building

CSI secured approximately $12 million of NMTC allocation for the project. In addition, CSI placed approximately $11 million of federal HTC and $4.5 million of federal NMTC. The rehabilitation of the historic Brandeis Building, located within the central business district of Omaha, Nebraska at 210 South 16th Street, is an adaptive re-use of the historic Brandeis Building Department Store.
